November 7, 2012
Dear Clients and Interested Parties:
As of January of 2013, I will begin serving Gwinnett County as Probate Judge. While I am excited about this new chapter in my career, it also means that I will be closing my law practice and will no longer be representing clients. It has been my pleasure to serve you as your attorney and I have great appreciation for the trust that you have imparted in me. With this in mind, I have chosen one of my experienced colleagues, Richard Bryson, to transition my client files, effective November 15, 2012.
Richard Bryson is a well respected attorney who handles the same types of cases as my practice – Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Medicaid Planning, Guardianships and Elder Law. In addition, Mr. Bryson can assist you with tax and financial planning, business representation, and asset protection. I have the utmost trust and respect for Mr. Bryson and I am confident that he and his staff will serve you well with any legal-representation.
As of November 12, 2012, all of my client files will be transferred to the Bryson Law Firm, PC office located at 4045 Smithtown Road in Suwanee, Georgia; office phone (404) 909-8842. If you would like to have possession of your file, you can pick it up from Mr. Bryson's office after the 15th. Please call first so they may pull the file and have it ready for you.
Thank you for the opportunity to assist with your legal needs.
Judge Elect of Gwinnett County Probate Court
